At Northovia Capital S.A. (hereinafter "Northovia", "we" or "the Company") we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, for what purposes we process it, with whom we share it and what your rights are as a data subject, in compliance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its implementing rules.

2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (name, surname, email, phone), usage data (visited pages, IP address, device) and, where applicable, data required by anti-money laundering regulations and the collective financing regulations of the CNV.
3. Purposes of the processing
We use your data to manage your subscription to the waiting list, send you information about Northovia and its projects, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the quality of our services.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent, the performance of a pre-contractual and/or contractual relationship and compliance with legal obligations applicable to collective financing platforms in Argentina.
5. Retention
We retain your data as long as your subscription remains active or, where applicable, throughout the contractual relationship. Afterwards, we will keep it blocked for the applicable legal periods.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with technology service providers, legal and tax advisors and competent authorities when there is a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data by sending a request to privacidad@northovia.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
